Speakers:

John Brady

Executive Director of Lillian Vernon Corporation for 21 years (1983–2001). During the 1980s and 1990s, the company was the fifth-largest direct mail order catalog in the United States.
Led the Business-to-Business division, serving clients such as Estée Lauder, American Express, Victoria's Secret, Anheuser-Busch, Kraft Foods, and other Fortune 500 companies.
Studied and practiced meditation under Eido Shimano Roshi, a Zen master and lineage holder in the Japanese Rinzai Zen tradition.
Served on the Board of Directors of the Zen Studies Society (1985–1995), practicing Zen meditation with Eido Shimano for 14 years.
In 1996, met Geshe Lobsang Tharchin and Geshe Michael Roach, beginning a rigorous 36-course Buddhist studies program, which he completed in 2010.
On December 26, 2011, embarked on a three-year, three-month, and three-day silent meditation retreat, returning on April 2, 2014.
President of the Asian Legacy Library (ALL), a nonprofit dedicated to digitizing, cataloging, and transliterating ancient wisdom texts, providing free online access for scholars and university students worldwide.
Senior teacher at the Asian Classics Institute (ACI), the Diamond Cutter Institute (DCI), and the Sedona College of International Management (SCIM).
Experienced meditation instructor.
Lives in Sedona, Arizona, with his wife, Constance O'Brien, traveling and teaching together in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Marija Moertl

DCI Global Trainer and Assistant Professor at the Sedona College of International Management (SCIM).
Has been practicing and teaching meditation and yoga for over nine years.
Founder of the jewelry company Diamond Angel.
Built a successful 10-year career in real estate development in Moscow and worked as an international fashion model.
Co-founder and Product Director of Pink Diamond, a partner of the Yoga Studies Institute (YSI) and Diamond Cutter Institute Global (DCIG).
Led the translation and publication of Geshe Michael Roach’s books into Russian.
Co-author of the book I Am Loved, written with her husband, Peter Moertl.
Lives happily in Austria with Peter. Together, they have completed eight one-month silent meditation retreats.

Has been practicing and teaching meditation and yoga for over 14 years.
Completed eight one-month meditation retreats.
Senior Teacher at the Asian Classics Institute (ACI).
Trainer at the Diamond Cutter Institute (DCI Global) and Assistant Professor at the Sedona College of International Management (SCIM), Arizona, USA.
Founder of ACI DACH.
Since 2010, has participated in over 100 events as an organizer, translator, and trainer across Europe, America, Asia, Russia, and Ukraine.
Translates ancient wisdom texts into German.
Co-founder of the Gold Club charity foundation with his wife, Marija Moertl, which raised over $1,000,000 within three years.
Co-author of I Am Loved with Marija.
Businessman and investor with experience managing divisions of leading international companies.
Holds an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria.
Worked in the financial department of an international company in Stockholm, overseeing operations in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa.
Former CEO and co-owner of several software companies in Germany and Scandinavia.
Teacher at the Asian Classics Institute (ACI) in Russian-speaking countries and Europe, practicing this system of Asian philosophy for over 16 years.
